FAQs
A PRE-LIST VIDEO is a sample video created using photos you snap with your phone during the initial listing appointment. This approach doesn't just tell potential sellers how you'll market their property—it shows them. Here's how it works:
Pick a video design and select YES, for a PRE-LIST VIDEO, on the PRODUCT PAGE.
Upload the specified number of photos you just took directly from your phone to our website... before you even leave the customer's driveway!
ADD TO CART, include "additional details" in cart if necessary, and CHECKOUT.
The initial version of the video is the PRE-LIST VIDEO. It is concise featuring the photos you snapped, your contact information, the property's address, and limited or no text. You will receive a YouTube link to share with your potential customer. Get that listing!
Once you have successfully secured the listing, we update the video with comprehensive details sourced from the MLS; the updated version. Additionally, if you had professional photos taken you can share your photographers link, or we can send you a Dropbox File Request to upload them.
Photos on your phone can be uploaded directly to our website when placing your order. Take photos in LANDSCAPE frame orientation NOT PORTAIT. Be especially careful to maintain VERTICALS, it appears more professional. Zoom out by closing your figures (0.5x) on the phone's screen to capture the widest view. Lastly, for best focus, touch your phone's screen at the furthest part of the room before capturing the photo.
You can include details or special requests in the Additional Details section, at the bottom of the MY CART page, before proceeding to CHECKOUT.
Yes. After you submit your order, and we receive all the assets to be included in your video, we will provide you with a link to a DRAFT VIDEO. The DRAFT VIDEO illustrates the frame, images, and text numbers that you will use to communicate changes, if needed.
Simply REPLY to the email we sent you with the link to the DRAFT VIDEO and specify changes needed. The DRAFT VIDEO becomes the working version until the video is approved by you, at which time the illustrations & markings will be removed.
Once completed, you will receive via email a:
1) YouTube Link: This is a standard YouTube URL (Uniform Resource Locator), essentially a web address that uniquely identifies your specific video on the YouTube platform. When shared, this link directs viewers to your video on YouTube, where they can watch it.
2) Vanity Link: Also known as a custom, branded, or short URL, a vanity link is a concise and memorable web address designed to reflect a brand's identity or the content's purpose. In this case, the vanity link will incorporate the full street address of the listing (e.g., 123 Main Street) and will be configured to redirect seamlessly to your YouTube video. The vanity link must be copied and pasted to maintain this connectivity.
3) Dropbox Link: This is a direct link to your HD video file (125MB-175MB) hosted on Dropbox. This link will allow you to download the video directly to your chosen storage, such as your computer, OneDrive, or Google Drive, without the need for a Dropbox account.
4) Thumbnail: This is a small image that acts as a visual preview for a YouTube video. It is best used in YouTube and all electronic communications including emails and text messages.
While on the PRODUCT PAGE there is a link to upload your assets from various sources such as local files on your computer or phone, OneDrive, Google Drive, Google Photos, or Dropbox. Alternatively, you can email us a direct link to the photos, often provided by your photographer. NOTE: Please include the street address of the property in the subject line in emails.
You should upload the specified amount of images as noted on the VIDEO DESIGNS page when ordering. One additional image can be uploaded as a backup.

A voiceover is a voice that narrates (i.e., your narration) over video, but is not part of the action. A real estate voiceover elevates brand credibility and personalizes you as a real estate professional helping to build a genuine connection with the audience.
On the VIDEO DESIGNS page, you have the option to select YES, to include your voiceover. Once you approve the video portion, you will use it as a reference to record your voiceover, ensuring that your narration aligns with the visuals. You can create the voiceover file using your phone or any other audio recording device. Most iPhones come with apps that are fine for this purpose, see below. Email the file as an attachment to paradisecoastvideo@gmail.com with property address in the subject line or, request a link to upload the file. We will seamlessly integrate your voice over the video portion.
